Principles of V Points

In an industry where regular maintenance is an essential element to your successful operations as a shipowner, Verreault Navigation sincerely believes that a rewards program offering complimentary services will introduce a highly attractive new element to the process of dry-docking your vessels.

Enrollment

There is no obligation on your part to participate in the V Points rewards program. Enrollment is automatic and each client who receives the Welcome Booklet will also be provided with an allotment of 50,000 points to use in their next dry-docking with Verreault Navigation, subject, however, to the terms and conditions provided in the V Points rewards program's V Points Rules and Regulations set out in the following pages.

Earning Points

For each dollar spent in the dry-docking and servicing of one of your vessels, you will receive 1 V Point for use in a future dry-docking with Verreault Navigation.

Using Points

While there is no obligation on your part to participate in the program, there do exist certain limitations pertaining to the amount of time during which V Points will remain valid. Each allotment of V Points will remain valid and usable for up to three (3) years following the date of issue, after which point they will become null and void. There are other important limitations and conditions. Please refer to the section dealing with V Points Rules and Regulations.
